Municipal Court


The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of city government. The Buckner Municipal Court handles Traffic and City Ordinance violations written by the Buckner Police Department.


Municipal Court is in session the first Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m.  The Municipal Court is located at the Buckner City Hall/Police Dept./Municipal Court building located at 315 South Hudson, Buckner, MO, 64016.

Court office is open Monday thru Fridays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm located at City Hall 315 South Hudson, Buckner, MO. 64016
